3 Ways Inconsistency Hurts Your Business Growth

The keyword and highlight for me this week is ‘Inconsistency’ and how it affects business growth!

Why…? I think it’s been a long time coming.

You may or may not have noticed that some of my recent broadcasts and talks have been around keeping things ‘simple, focused and consistent’ for exponential business growth.

Last week saw me engaging in various conversations around sales and marketing growth from growthincdifferent angles and with leaders in different types of organisations.

A recurring theme that cropped up however was consistency; how this was making or breaking their organisations.

For organisations to grow in the right or desired direction, there needs to be a ‘FLOW’.

Just like a pond or river. They more often than not, flow in the same direction in order to join the sea; the mother ship.

This is what exponential growth is all about; different people and teams, growing and developing together in pursuit of results as one huge entity – GROWTH.

I address easier and faster ways of growing profitably by forming deeper relationships with prospects, customers and stakeholders in the free eBook – Evolution of Sales (4 Steps to 6X Client Spend).

In this video, I discuss 3 Ways to Tell Inconsistency is Hurting your Business Growth:

  1. Misaligned Sales/Marketing strategy
  2. Misaligned campaigns with important organisational sales calendar events, growth patterns etc.
  3. Inconsistent feedback from clients

I hope it adds value to your day and business.

As always, feel free to share these ideas with others.
