Emotional Intelligence (EI): Think win,win,win as explained in our last blog post on Creative Leadership. Ask, what does your buyer/stakeholder need or want? How may you fulfill this need or want? How can you both agree (or agree to disagree)? What outcomes do you both have in mind. How do these outcomes impact others?

Artificial Intelligence (AI): Technology is evolving faster than ever before. AI is here to stay. It’s not the problem. It’s an opportunity for us to develop our skills even more or at a faster rate – our Human Intelligence (HI). HI must complement AI for effective growth.

Information (Big Data): An opportunity. Use technology to sift out what you need at the right place, at the right time to make the right deal or get the right outcomes.

Combine EI (HI), AI and Big Data effectively and you, your organisation and your stakeholders are winners. Go for the win, win, win!
