Oneness, as a leadership concept is increasingly gaining momentum in the business world. What makes a true visionary and impactful leader?
I am so excited to be back blogging, after a while! Some of you would know that I have been spending a lot of time lately, focusing on our leadership and self development work for clients. The team and I have especially focused on resilience, wellbeing, peak performance and advanced emotional intelligence programmes.
I feel that most people are going through a deeper state of transitioning. Individuals, and leaders alike, are taking time to search deeper within. This is in a quest to find solutions that work for us in our new normal world; whether this has to do with their personal or business lives. We’ve therefore introduced a free values and happiness assessment for everyone interested.
Starting from Human-Centered© Leadership
Anyway, I’m delighted to be exploring oneness as a leadership concept with you today. I have known about the concept of oneness, for a while. Some of you would know that I transitioned from employment into entrepreneurship and set up our growth consulting firm, Meres Consult, a few years ago.
A big part of my initial work was based on the evolution of the buyer and the implications for organizations, sales leaders and teams. This was in response to something that I saw in the business environment; addressing how we do business with the ever-changing savvy buyer/customer; and what this means when it comes to exponential growth. How can we attract longer term clients, larger size deals, higher client retention etc?
So, I came up with the Human-Centered Selling© methodology to address the issue of lack of deeper connection between buyers and sellers; that caused deals to stall at 90%, so we can close more deals at 100%.
However, this quickly evolved into Human-Centered© Growth & Leadership, as our clients led me to shift from sales advisory and consulting to strategic growth and leadership advisory and mentoring. It’s about the connection between people within and outside the organization; and how this impacts its exponential growth.
Human-Centered© Growth and Leadership also incorporates the role of technology, insights & big data and processes. We explore how these all come together for business transformation to happen successfully; attaining the best-in-class organizations that we set out to build from a vision perspective.
So, What is Oneness, as a leadership concept?
Oneness as a leadership concept is a follow on from this proven human-centered approach which yields exponential growth and results. This is the key direction that we see the majority of thought leaders and visionary businesses increasingly heading. The idea of bringing unity, into our environments; which in turn leads to far greater results and better outcomes from a revenue growth perspective.
In a nut shell, the oneness concept throws focus on choosing to prioritise and improve on areas which will have the most significant impact on people as well as growth?
